"What are you doing for the Super Bowl?"

"uhhhhh.....what?"-ME.

Let me tell you what I did on Super Bowl Sunday. Woke up at 8:30 am, cleaned my entire apartment, went on a ten mile walk through Manhattan with my roommate, had brunch at a french bistro, spent 3 hours in the Museum of Natural History, cooked dinner, checked the game score, and went to bed. (somewhere in there I drank a bottle of Malbec...)

Now don't get me wrong, I actually really enjoy watching sports. However, I found it incredibly annoying the way people accosted me over not doing anything for the superbowl....as if it was Christmas! Am I a bad American???

All sarcasm aside, The Who KILLED it. Looking and sounding better than evaaaa!

When I Grow Up....

...and have an unlimited art budget, I'm going to fill my home with Roberto Dutesco photographs. Sigh. I could look at the Sable Horses series all day long. What do YOU want when you "grow up"?

Loving On....

Cargo Trousers.

For the spring I'm loving the look of a drop waisted trouser- to me, it's a REAL wearable version of the harem pant- that if you're like me, no matter how much you loved it on the Olsens, just couldn't bring yourself to wear in public. (maybe it's also the fact that I was scarred for life when I was living in Spain two years ago and the spanish youth LIVED in Geenie Pants....oh MAN it was awful).

I'm especially liking trousers with a cargo pocket- it's functional and adds just a sweet touch of kindergarten :) Check out this pair by My Pants- so chic!
